Maneja grew up in Northern Virginia and knows it inside and out! With a degree in Marketing from George Mason University, she puts her expertise to work to showcase each home’s value and attract competitive buyers. She has worked in real estate for nearly 20 years and has a thorough understanding of the local market, and her compassion and concern for clients is evident in every interaction.

Maneja lives in Springfield with her husband and two children, and she was named by Washingtonian Magazine as one of the area's top Real Estate Agents.

Michelle came to Houchin Homes with more than 20 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, where she managed sales at iconic luxury hotels and resorts and represented brands such as Ritz-Carlton and Hilton. The skills that made her successful in the hospitality industry lend themselves well to real estate. She takes the time to listen to each customer’s needs and then carefully selects the best solutions for them, based on market knowledge and her customer’s wish list. 

Michelle is active in the Springfield community where she resides with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s soccer team and volunteering with the family’s Labradoodle in a dog therapy program.

Bianca Govan joined Houchin Homes in 2018. Her highly detail-oriented personality and curiosity for real estate made her a great addition to the team. She oversees all transactions, coordinates all white-glove transactions, and provides assistance and training to the team. 

Bianca lives with her husband and daughter in Loudoun County. 

Our transaction coordinators handle everyday email communications and perform the administrative duties from contract to closing.   

Our admin personnel helps with various tasks throughout the day to support the whole team.
